How disgusting is that diaper? This is first thing in the morning, and boy, is it full! Huggies would never do this to me. With Huggies, she never has to come into my room in the middle of the night because of her diaper falling off. With these stupid imposters of diapers, it has happened a few times. And we all know that Keli likey her sleepy. So this is just wrong.
I quite enjoy the Sam's Club brand of toilet paper. In fact, it has become my favorite. Nice texture, good strength, all things you need in a good bum fodder.
But these Sam's Club diapers? Crap. Total crap. I shouldn't have let Sugar Daddy talk me into them. So they were $3 cheaper. Not worth it for the amout of times we have to change the diapers because they are flimsy. Huggies can go all day.
So don't waste your time or money. I won't compromise on diapers again. Or sandwich bags. I like Ziploc. Or tissues. Kleenex only. Or cereal. No Malt-O-Meal. I guess I'm more picky than I thought.

Amen to all of the above! I can't even bring myself to buy cheap-o cereal for a food drive. It's so wretched! And I'm a huggies girl all the way. We discovered the very hard way when Ethan was a baby, that blowouts from generic diapers are NOT worth the savings. He ruined several outfits with his pooing prowess. And as for kleenex, Puffs Plus in this household. Yeah...I spend a lot on groceries.
Tadd tried to buy Wal Mart brand wheat chex last week. I just about blew a gasket. Generic wheat chex? What is the world coming to people?! I'll have to give the Sams brand toilet paper a try though....
I was/am a name brand junkie, too. It was Pampers premium and Huggies Supreme for me for the first 4 kids. By the time #5 rolled around, Kirkland for Costco finally came out with a diaper worthy of rivaling Huggies. But good gosh it took them years to get it right.
There are certain flavors of Malt O Meal that I can handle. We're working our way thru their Fruit Loops right now. But it is funny how long those bags will last. The kids just don't gravitate toward it.
The extra money is so worth it! I learned on my first one that it was nothing but Huggies. I never even tried with the rest.
Huggies for me too! At first I bought them because they had Disney characters on them. One day, while out with friends, I ran out of diapers and my friend gave me one of her off-brand ones. It was then that I realized just how good my diapers are!! Love them!
And no off-brand mac and cheese either. Gross.
this is a lesson I keep trying to learn, Kirkland brand is decent. But nothing holds better than the Huggies.
Tis true.
I have been a Huggies snob for many years, but then a few months ago I tried the new Target brand, up and up (what is with that name?) and I am a convert.
For whatever that's worth.
I did Huggies with Madison and Pampers for the boys. I guess pampers had more absorbing power in the front! You definitely can't go cheap on the diapers, it's not worth it.
I agree! I've tried about every diaper brand out there and Huggies are no doubt the best.
Usually the house brand has to be for things you don't really care about.
At least that's the way I see it.
And Huggies come from Kimberly-Clark don't they? They came up with the first disposables that were marketed anyway - I used them on trips and such with Bonny - they were called Kimbies. They were way too expensive for everyday use though.
Couldn't agree more. Can't skimp on diapers. I was a Luv's fan! Hard to find, but I LUVED them!!
